1. Sending of Return to Work and Notice of Breach Letter to the ISP/Employee. (Soft Copy Via Email) - With Response Proceed to Admin Hearing. Without Response proceed to Step 2.
2. Sending of Return to Work and Notice of Breach Letter to the ISP/Employee's Residential Address or Last Known Address. (Hard Copy Via Courier) You may utilize any Delivery Service (E.g. Pasuyo or Lalamove) and instruct the rider that you require them to return the receipt and signed copies of the letters to the origin, including a photo as proof of their signature and a photo of the Valid ID of the receiver to ensure that the concerned ISP/Employee signed and received the letter. - With Response Proceed to Admin Hearing. Without Response proceed to Step 3.
3. Sending of Collection Letter from any available Law Office to the ISP/Employee. - With Response Proceed to Admin Hearing/Mediation. Without Response proceed to Step 4.
4. Filing of Claims/Complaints before the Concerned Barangay to the ISP/Employee. - With Response Proceed to Admin, Barangay Hearing/Mediation. Without Response proceed to Step 5.
5. Filing of Claims/Complaints before the MTC to the ISP/Employee.
