Competitors Check (Analysis) Search and list all business establishments in your area that offer the same products and services.
Planning (Targeting) List all possible business establishment categories and business names in your area related to our business.
Lead Generation (Farming) Search your Industry Category or Profession (E.g. Coach), then Search your Niche Market (E.g. Spiritual Coach) and qualify business establishments using Google Maps. Submit vital information to your online lead generation form.
Cold Calling (Sales Pitch) Call each business establishment from your leads and look for the business owner/decision maker. Afterward, introduce yourself and discuss the company, products, services, and UVPs, and schedule a demo or meeting.
Scheduled Demo (Meeting) Identify, address, and discuss your Client's pain points. Walk through the Client to our Sales Deck Presentation briefly, to highlight the UVPs and to provide our solutions accordingly.
RFP (Request for Proposal) Prepare and Submit the corresponding SOW (Statement of Work Proposal) form together with the Client Services Agreement or Project Agreement. Make a follow-up call to the businessβ contact person after sending to confirm the receipt, then allow at least two (2) days before making another call.
Persuasion (Follow-Up) After two (2) days from the date of your email or meeting, email or call back the business contact person to get an update regarding the proposal. If the contact person is unavailable, ask for the best time to call back or ask for reasons not to move forward then, immediately offer your clear solutions by highlighting our UVPs and benefits to them to close the deal.
Endorsement (Documentation) Once you close the deal, take time to review all required documentation (agreements), then endorse the new account to the accounts department for the next steps and other requirements.
Note: If the business establishment is hard to negotiate, look for any connection and set an appointment to meet them online or face to face. Maintain a good connection to your accounts to strengthen our partnership by offering promotional items, discounts, and freebies.
